The Senior Engineer, AI/ML designs and develops AI/ML solutions, collaborates with teams, builds data pipelines, and optimizes model performance.

This role is responsible for understanding business gaps/opportunities that can be resolved using AI/ML solutions. Design, develop and test quick AI/ML prototypes that addresses identified business gaps.
How will you make an impact:
- Provide highly complex design, development and deployment of scalable and efficient AI/ML models both for prototyping purposes as well as for production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers, business leads) to define requirements and ideate solutions using AI/ML frameworks.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and demo prototypes or milestone updates when necessary
- Drive research and experimentation to explore new AI/ML techniques, tools, and frameworks.
- Build end-to-end data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
- Ensure code and model development are well-documented and follow best engineering practices.
- Improve and optimize the performance of models, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.

What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical field.
- 4 years experience in Software Development or Engineering demonstrably solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations Required
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Cloud Infrastructure services for model deployment and data storage.
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools is a plus.
- Solid experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Experience with deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs, etc.).
- Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools like Apache Kafka, Airflow, etc.
