Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Work along with development team leads on assigned tasks. • Communicate effectively and work with limited guidance from the leads. • A Team player and willing to explore new technologies. • Able to handle the daily challenges of the fast paced technical environment.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
• 3-8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field • Good "Go" implementation capabilities. • Understanding of different design principles. • Good understanding of Linux OS - memory, instruction processing, filesystem,
system daemons etc. • Fluent with linux command line and shell scripting. • Working knowledge of servers (nginx, apache, etc.), proxy-servers, and load
balancing. • Understanding of service based architecture and microservices. • Working knowledge of AV codecs, MpegTS and adaptive streaming like Dash,
HLS. • Good understanding of computer networking concepts. • Exposure to cloud computing is preferred. • Working knowledge of relational Databases. • Working knowledge of Core Java and Python are preferred. • Exposure to API or video streaming performance testing is preferred. • Good analytical and debugging skills. • Knowledge of git or any other source code management
