The Performance Automation and Monitoring team builds the platforms that ensure Postman’s products are reliable, observable, and enterprise-ready. We own test automation and monitoring systems that provide high-signal feedback and enable teams to ship with confidence.
What you’ll be doing- Design and build scalable monitoring and test automation infrastructure
- Define architecture, standards, and best practices for automation and observability platforms
- Develop backend systems and APIs that power automation and monitoring workflows
- Operate and evolve systems in production, focusing on reliability and signal quality
- Collaborate with teams in the US and India to align on platform strategy and execution
- Have strong experience building backend or distributed systems at scale
- Have designed or owned test automation or monitoring platforms
- Are comfortable operating production systems and improving reliability over time
- Enjoy driving architecture and technical direction for shared platforms
- Thrive in a cross-region, highly collaborative environment
