We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Chief of Staff to work closely with leadership in driving data-backed
decision-making and operational excellence. This role involves analyzing
multiple dashboards, deriving insights, tracking key business processes, and
ensuring execution rigor across teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dashboard & Data Analysis
- Regularly
monitor and analyse business and operational dashboards
- Extract
actionable insights and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare
concise reports and presentations for leadership review
- Recommend
data-driven strategies to improve performance
2. Process Monitoring & Optimization
- Track
key organizational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Identify
bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Drive
process standardization and operational excellence initiatives
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
3. Strategic Support
- Assist
leadership in decision-making through structured analysis
- Support
planning, goal setting, and tracking of key initiatives
- Coordinate
execution of high-priority projects
4. Reporting & Communication
- Create
periodic business reports (weekly/monthly)
- Ensure
clear communication of insights and action points across teams
- Maintain
alignment between leadership and execution teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+
years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency
in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Experience
with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills
- Ability
to work with large datasets and simplify insights
