We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Provide material consumptions from Design stage to Bulk production whilst fulfilling customer expectations & initiating RM saving projects.
KEY RESPONSIBIILTIES
Provide accurate consumption details from design stage to bulk production ensuring OTD and RFT levels are maintained throughout to support the value chain.
Participate in Style development / Project meetings to bring forth saving initiatives to the organization and drive profitability for the allocated styles / product categories.
Update & maintain standard systems & processes and seek opportunities in driving improvements via efficient methods.
Ensure accuracy in the consumption details passed on via tech packs / Mini Markers & Production confirmation BOM through PLM and support the manufacturing process.
Verify the final Consumption vs Actual Production Consumption in (Bulk).
Oversee, train and guide Executives and staff in the team to achieve operational excellence whilst supporting the development of skills and knowhow to perform at the set expectations.
Collate the data for RM saving projects, write off’s & Workload Balancing and drive improvements in the assigned KPI’s whilst increasing earnings to win more business.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree in Textile or Apparel Production
Minimum 5 years of CAD Room & Cutting experience within the Garment Industry.
Additional sewing operation knowledge will be a value-added opportunity.
Analytical skill is required
