We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Executive to contribute to a variety of finance transformation programs, with a focus on Payroll and HRIS implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing strategic insights, and driving continuous improvement in finance processes. You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding, documenting, and building harmonious end-to-end Finance processes and implementation of Payroll and HRIS processes
  • Identifying automation and improvement opportunities and support prioritization; supporting execution of identified opportunities
  • Mapping controls to processes and supporting review of important risks and associated controls
  • Helping gather/document integration requirements, test cases and perform validation/testing to ensure accurate migration
  • Performing UAT and post-implementation support, including identify and troubleshoot bugs; building/maintaining documentation and training material to institutionalize knowledge

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance transformation, payroll operations, or HRIS implementation

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Strong understanding of Payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
  • Knowledge of Payroll Systems & Compliance: Understanding of payroll and HRIS processes, statutory regulations, and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale finance transformation projects with strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification)
