Senior Executive ‐ Production
(BASED AT THULHIRIYA)
MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate all post knit production activities pertaining to the assigned production modules to ensure production targets are met thereby ensuring delivery of products on time as per customer specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and monitor internal daily and weekly plans to achieve the assigned production plan together with the team.
- Monitor and take actions on PTP issues, achieving same according to the plan. In the event issues prevail, coordinate with the planning and the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Quality, IE, and Engineering teams to ensure critical quality/ technical issues are identified and resolved quickly to facilitate the achievement of targets whilst reacting to Andon’s and solving issues in a timely manner whilst ensuring minimum reject/rework rates.
- Follow up closely on output quantities/ size ratios whilst also following up with the respective departments on same to ensure that size ratios are completed as per shipment plans.
- Attend pre-production meetings, obtain and communicate relevant production expectations and other relevant information to the team.
- Assign operators to operations duties ensuring optimum use of operator skill levels & Modify layouts whilst balancing lines as required, to meet the expected targets.
- Monitor and maintain respective areas for product and machinery safety protocols regarding label procedures, needle procedures, buttons procedures etc. Further, monitor and maintain health and safety protocols regarding people.
- Collaborate with the core team of technical training center and follow up actions as core team members.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree/ Diploma Textile.
- Specific Experience Required for the Role Minimum 3–4 years of experience in apparel manufacturing with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or executive role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
