Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive - Search who will:
- Interact effectively with regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia) and be a strong communicator.
- Support Google Ads, GDN, Bing Ads, Amazon Search campaign launches and setup according to established processes.
- Ensure ongoing campaign compliance to WPP established guidelines.
- Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP campaign management software.
- Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional Search teams.
- Line manages 2 – 5 direct
- Support in the work QA of junior team members as team grows.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in English
- 2+ years’ experience of planning and managing Google Ads/ Search campaigns
- Some experience with Facebook Business Manager and DV360 (a bonus)
- You have experience with SA360 (or other bid management platforms e.g. Marin, Kenshoo)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- You possess strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
- You can analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
