The Opportunity:

As a member of the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis team, the individual in this position provides strong financial support in the areas of financial forecasting, business planning, and profitability analysis.  Key Business Partner to Functional leaders, providing all levels of financial and analytical support.   Provide analyses on various business initiatives as required.  Perform monthly consolidation of company financials.

How you will contribute:

  • Provide financial support to Functional leaders by understanding key business drivers and impact of metrics on operational and financial results.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support changing needs at all levels, including profitability, consolidations, metrics, and other value-add financial analyses.
  • Support both the annual operating planning activities and monthly forecasting processes through development and maintenance of analytical financial models.
  • Prepare standardized reports and provide insightful analysis.
  • Lead monthly meetings with cross functional teams to review and analyze monthly results, as well as forecasting outcomes.
  • Understand company strategy to drive decision making with business partners.
  • Work independently to drive results through the development financial models and analysis of key financial metrics.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

What you will bring with you:

Required:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent required.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a corporate finance role
  • Strong understanding of budgets, forecasts, financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience with Cognos TM1 and Oracle. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with a variety of audiences within the organization.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • CMA/CPE and/or Graduate Degree/MBA
  • Ability to travel to Milwaukee or other DentaQuest locations.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $117,000
At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The salary range for this role is competitive nationwide, and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business. We are dedicated to creating a work environment where everyone is rewarded for their contributions.
