Job Description:
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of modern, responsive, and scalable web interfaces integrated with AEM, leveraging both traditional and headless CMS approaches.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop AEM components using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and ClientLibs.
- Build React-based front-end applications integrated with AEM via REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
- Implement reusable and modular front-end architecture using React and AEM best practices.
- Work closely with back-end developers, content authors, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to front-end standards and documentation.
- 6+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 3+ years in AEM.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of AEM Sites, Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
- Experience with headless CMS implementations using AEM and GraphQL.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control systems (Git).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Next.js or Gatsby for SSR/SSG React applications.
- Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Sites Developer.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
