About the Role
Enterpret is looking for a Member of Technical Staff (Frontend Engineer) to join us as an early member of the engineering team. You will work directly with the founding team and CTO to shape our core product experience. This is a high-ownership opportunity to rapidly iterate, build foundational systems, and influence both architecture and user experience. If you love working close to the customer, moving fast, and solving real-world problems with clean, scalable code—this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founding team and CTO to build, iterate, and own core product features in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
- Drive architectural changes in the frontend—profile performance bottlenecks, improve UX, and build with a robust, scalable design system.
- Wear multiple hats—from building new UI components to debugging live issues—typical of an early-stage startup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in design, backend, and data science to deliver high-impact user experiences.
- Implement frontend monitoring and automation to improve reliability and live site performance.
- Build accessible, inclusive interfaces that work for all users.
- Contribute to our frontend engineering culture and help establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Thrive in ambiguity and help bring clarity—startup life means problem statements evolve and you’re part of defining them.
What It Takes
- A minimum of 6 years of experience building modern Web Applications using frameworks like React, Next.js, and GraphQL.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Next.js, and GraphQL—or a strong foundation with similar technologies and a willingness to ramp up fast.
- Deep understanding of engineering best practices, frontend design principles, and system design fundamentals.
- Experience in network communication on web platforms, including synchronous and asynchronous service calls.
- Strong grasp of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with automated frontend testing frameworks and practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—you work well in teams and thrive in a startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
