As a L1 Senior Support Engineer on the Frontline Advertiser Support team in our Gurgram Office, you’ll play a vital role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions. You will be the first point of contact for our advertisers, providing outstanding support through multiple channels including chat, email, and video conferencing. Being service-oriented and prioritising the client's needs is key, as is the willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. You will play a critical role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Technical Ad Tech Support or relevant client-facing technical role
Solid understanding of system logs, APIs, and basic SQL
Previous experience working in the Ad Tech industry
Familiarity with campaign performance, tracking, targeting, and optimization concepts
Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
Bonus points if you have:
Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Knowledge of tracking mechanisms, third-party tags, UTM parameters, and conversion attribution
How you’ll make an impact:
Act as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients, addressing their technical and support needs
Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot platform-related issues and escalate when needed
Monitor workload distribution and ensure timely assignment of incoming cases
Serve as the primary point of contact for the shift and coordinate resolution efforts
Update and maintain internal knowledge base articles
