Senior Full Stack Developer - AI

Expert knowledge in Python programming language; experience with web/RESTful
responses and frameworks (Django or Flask).
• Commendable experience in Fast API development.
• Experience in AWS cloud services like SQS, Lambda, etc.
• Experience in Kafka.
• Experience in Prompt engineering (system prompts & user prompts).
• Proven experience in AI-driven development using GitHub Co-pilot, Cursor, etc.
• Experience with front-end React JS, Angular JS and integration areas / Backend – Mongo
DB.
• Good understanding of application performance tuning and resource usage.
• Ability to troubleshoot existing scripts and do point bug fixes / application redesign.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (Object Oriented
programming, design patterns, development, and deployment).
• Good knowledge in DevOps practices, CI/CD is required.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of project and task tracking tools such as Jira, Git.
• Strong communication and teamworking skills.

Back-End Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
for our server-side applications using Python and Fast API.
• Fast API & Cloud Integration: Develop high-performance APIs with Fast API, integrating
with AWS cloud services such as SQS and Lambda.
• Front-End Development: Build engaging and responsive user interfaces using front-end
technologies including React JS and Angular JS.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize data storage solutions using MongoDB.
• AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: Utilize experience in prompt engineering (system
prompts & user prompts) and AI-driven development tools like GitHub Co-pilot and Cursor
to enhance development efficiency and integrate AI features into applications.
• System Architecture & DevOps knowledge: In-depth understanding of the entire web
development process (Object Oriented programming, design patterns, development, and
deployment) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot existing scripts, perform point bug fixes,
and conduct application performance tuning and resource usage optimization.
• Collaboration & Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile
and Scrum environment, utilizing tools like Jira and Git for project and task tracking.

• Good exposure to Gen AI tools and Agentic development workflows.
