AesthetiDocs is a rapidly growing SaaS platform transforming how aesthetic clinics manage their operations, from bookings and compliance to patient communications and beyond. We’re building modern, scalable solutions for a fast-moving industry and are now looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.
Role OverviewAs a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining features across our core platform. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to deliver a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly experience for our clients. This role requires strong expertise in both backend (Laravel, PostgreSQL) and frontend (React, Material UI) technologies, with a solid understanding of scalable application architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of new features and improvements across backend and frontend.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build high-quality software.
- Maintain and optimise existing codebase for performance, security, and scalability.
- Deploy and manage applications in Dockerised environments.
- Ensure best practices in testing, documentation, and version control.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team technical excellence.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in production-grade applications. Minimum 4+ years commercial experience in full stack development is required, with specific expertise in the following stack:
- Laravel 9 (4+ years with Laravel)
- PostgreSQL (or similar SQL) (4+ years)
- React (4+ years)
- Docker (experience running, deploying, and configuring on servers)
- Laravel JSON:API (2+ years)
- SCSS (4+ years)
- Material UI (2+ years)
- React Hooks & Context (2+ years)
- mobx-react-lite & mobx-state-tree (1+ year)
- RumblenC & Rumblen UI (1+ year)
- Redis, Mailhog (practical working knowledge)
