Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross functional IT areas, including UI & API Development, Infrastructure, Security and Database to define application architecture, strategies, and roadmaps
• Evaluate tools and technologies for future state architecture and evolving business requirements
• Work with scrum teams to provide technical guidance, communicate technical decisions, and mentor developers
• Partner with Operations, Application Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure a consistent technology strategy across teams and products
• Usage of AI, AI Toolks like GitHub Copilot, M365
• Responsible for overall systems design and architecture, including new solutions and patterns
• As a senior developer, take ownership of more complex features and issues
• Train and mentor IT team, provide guidance to development team members

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience - JAVA, Springboot, React, Devops, Azure, SQL Server
• Work experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Work experience in Product Engineering
• Exposure on Cloud Application development (full development cycle)
• Experience or knowledge in the following:
  • Frontend Design and development - React.js, Redux, Java, HTML and CSS
    • Programming Languages - Java (with Spring boot Microservices) /Python/Node.js
    • NoSQL Databases - Elasticsearch/MongoDB
    • CICD Tools - Git Actions
    • Orchestration Tools - Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes
    • Configuration Management - GitHub
    • Relational Databases - SQL Server/
    • Authentication - SAML/OAUTH/JWT Token/Cert-based Authentication
      • Cloud: Microsoft Azure
      • AI : Gen AI, Machine Learning, AI Tools like GitHub Copilot, M365 etc.
