About the Role:As a Senior GTM Systems & AI Analyst at Confluent, you will play a key role in overseeing Salesloft, our Sales Engagement Platform, supporting day-to-day operations across key GTM Systems, and helping deliver AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort for sellers and customer-facing teams.
We’re hiring a proactive and execution-focused Sr. GTM Systems & AI Analyst to own Salesloft administration, support operational rollout of AI-powered workflows, and manage day-to-day program execution across our broader GTM tools ecosystem.
This role blends platform management, vendor coordination, and structured execution support helping us improve systems reliability, reduce field friction, and operationalize emerging AI tooling across Sales and Customer Success teams.
What You Will Do:Serve as the primary administrator and SME for Salesloft - owning platform configuration, user access, routing logic, automations, improvements and field structure.
Help support the day-to-day tool operations and upkeep for platforms like ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Loopio, and Slack Sales Elevate.
Operationalize AI tooling & operations by supporting vendor integrations (Momentum, Relevance.AI) and field-facing use cases.
Coordinate AI feedback, usage monitoring, issue tracking, and field support across Slack, Jira, and email.
Own platform stability and user support workflows across tools, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Business Systems, MOPs, IT and vendors to resolve issues
Maintain up-to-date documentation, tool audits, adoption & utilization reporting, workflow automation and vendor management.
Support structured GTM system rollouts, usage tracking, systems support tickets (L1/L2/L3) and workflow improvements.
3+ years of experience in Sales Ops, GTM Systems, or RevOps tooling roles
Hands-on experience managing Salesloft or similar sales engagement tools (Outreach)
Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, Lusha, JIRA
Strong execution and follow-through skills for driving operational improvements
Comfortable coordinating across global teams, field users, vendors, and business stakeholders
Ability to manage system health, handle support needs, and drive adoption consistency
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tools with clarity
Familiarity with AI tools like Momentum.io, Relevance.AI, Workato, Gemini or Glean
Experience managing Slack support channels or automations
Jira or Slack Workflow Builder familiarity
Experience in a scaling GTM Systems or AI-focused operations team
Understanding of data quality best practices, enrichment logic, and tooling governance
