At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Operations Analyst to join our global HR team. This role supports key HR operational functions, including benefits administration, compliance management, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple regions, with a main focus on the Americas. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR operations experience, a collaborative outlook, and a dedication to process excellence and employee experience.

This position plays a meaningful role in ensuring smooth HR service delivery, compliance with local employment standards, and continuous improvement of global HR processes. As GoDaddy is a global company with employees across many regions, flexibility in working hours is important for effective collaboration with colleagues in different time zones!

What you'll get to do...

  • Coordinate and approve employee status changes in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance across regions
  • Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries via ServiceNow, escalating complex issues appropriately, and tracking trends for service improvement
  • Support global and regional compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and adherence to local labor laws and HR policies
  • Coordinate with HR teams on a global scale to secure agreement on employee lifecycle practices and operational criteria
  • Continuously explore possibilities for process improvement through the use of AI and automation, updating SOPs, and disseminating successful approaches across regions

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a related function supporting multi-regions or global teams
  • Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) preferred
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance fundamentals, and data confidentiality
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI and automation to streamline HR processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology tools
