What you'll do: Senior Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition in Enterprise will be responsible for hiring talent through creative sourcing, coordinating the resume review and interview process and working collaboratively across offices with hiring managers and recruiters .

• Source, pre-screen and attract/close candidates for experienced hiring opportunities across Enterprise Technology functions, including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Security, AI/ML and Digital Transformation
• Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system in accordance with best practice guidelines
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to plan and execute sourcing strategy, design interview process (if necessary) and consult on recruiting process for technical and business roles
• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance to senior leadership and ensure alignment to key company goals/initiatives
• Build network of potential candidates through continuous market research, technology talent mapping and ongoing relationship building
• Collect and report activity and results to key stakeholders and peers, including pipeline health and hiring metrics
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics, including candidate evaluations and technical interview coordination
• Collect feedback from internal stakeholders, interviewers and new hires for process improvement
• Lead team knowledge-sharing and skill-building activities focused on recruiting best practices and technology hiring trends
• Design and implement new and creative ideas around talent acquisition, candidate experience, interview process and recruiting automation
• Partner with hiring teams to understand evolving technology skill requirements and market dynamics
• Support other recruiting projects and initiatives

What you'll bring

• BS/BA degree with strong record of academic achievement required, advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience required; experience hiring for technology, analytics, digital, engineering or professional services roles preferred
• Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees; strong stakeholder management
• Understanding of technology hiring landscapes and emerging skill areas such as Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity or Software Development is preferred
• A team player with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Proven collaborative skills with the ability to provide value-added consultative service
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluency in English
• Client-first mentality
