Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in modern integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Workato. The ideal candidate will lead integration initiatives, design scalable API-driven solutions, and work closely with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of API-led integrations
- Build System, Process, and Experience APIs
- Integrate enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite)
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs
- Drive real-time and event-driven integrations
- Ensure API security (OAuth, JWT)
- Handle logging, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Lead and mentor team members
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders
- Participate in CI/CD, testing, and deployment
- Maintain technical documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Integration/Middleware
- Hands-on expertise in MuleSoft / Dell Boomi / Workato
- Strong experience leading teams and projects
- Client-facing experience with strong stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
- Experience integrating enterprise applications
- Knowledge of JSON/XML
