Operational Responsibilities• Provide L3/L4 development support for production issues related to custom Windchill solutions• Ensure development solutions are supportable, maintainable, and well-documented• Support creation of knowledge articles and technical documentation for handoff to operations• Participate in release management, deployments, and upgrade readiness activities
