Payrix by Worldpay is a modern platform that provides Payments Facilitation (PayFac) as a service with a full suite of payments and risk management services built for vertical Saas companies. What will you be doing
We are looking to hire top-class Senior Test Automation Engineers to help us on our journey. You should be capable of leading by example across all functions of the team, including agile process adoption and implementing industry best practices. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will work as part of the Payrix QA Team and will be responsible for developing and maintaining BDD test scenarios as well as the test automation for different Payrix products, including the Payrix REST API and Payrix Web Portal. The job responsibilities include:
- Analysis of business requirements and reflecting them in automated test scenarios
- Developing functional test cases and converting them to automated tests
- Developing and maintaining the test automation framework for existing functionality, new features and bug fixes
- Reviewing the work of other Test Automation Engineers
- Proactively identify improvements and enhancements to working practices
What you bring:
- Hands-on software development and testing experience with in-depth knowledge of automation techniques
- Experience in REST API automation frameworks like REST Assured, Karate DSL, Postman, etc.
- Experience in developing automated test scenarios for web applications with Selenium Web Driver, Playwright or Cucumber
- Knowledge of BDD / TDD practices and experience with these approaches in the past
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery concepts with tools like Gitlab/Github
- Demonstrated accountability for the quality of a production service, having contributed to the service build
- Leading change in technical teams
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- 10+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience working in a SaaS company
