In this role, you will:
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience
7+ years of experience in presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Visio, Photoshop, and Adobe)
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office suite such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel for data visualization
- 3+ years of experience with video editing software and delivering high quality productions to senior leaders and support staff
- Experience in the financial industry, working in an innovation-driven environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and messages to internal and external stakeholders. specifically in executive level forums
- Experience in handling communication during crisis situations, demonstrating composure and effective communication under pressure
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure the impact of the communication campaigns, gather insights, and make data-drive decisions
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, driving technology and communication initiatives across business units.
- Lead and resolve complex, cross-functional challenges by developing scalable, long-term solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Define and execute enterprise-wide technology communication strategies, including executive presentations and high-impact messaging.
- Partner with senior leaders and tech teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and data-driven communication outcomes.
