· Responsible for renewal of critical supplier contracts, revenue management and retention of existing contracts
· Stakeholder relationship and engagement
· Renewal process and pipeline management
· Cross-functional collaboration and reporting
· Own high-value and strategize complex Tier 3 renewals
· Lead complex negotiations (pricing, multi-year deals, contracts)
· To support the development and application of Supplier Management best practice.
· Identify savings opportunities for maintenance & software licensing.
· To provide insight around M&G needs and industry / market trends to enable strategy development and identification of commercial opportunities and risks.
· To respond to queries from the wider business for contract information
· Understand software risk and compliance position and take active steps to manage and mitigate this.
· Mentor junior team members and improve processes
