Senior Manager, Compiler Verification

Behind almost every NVIDIA breakthrough lies the critical work of our compiler teams. These outstanding compilers are key for the performance of AI, HPC and other performance critical software deployed around the globe. What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and grow a compiler verification organization across APAC and EU/UK regions comprising individual contributors, technical leaders, and managers.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team including creating and managing team’s objectives, establishing and evolving policies and procedures aligned with organizational vision and culture

• Collaborate with geographically distributed compiler, processor architecture, and other related teams to create & meet project goals, improve processes, and drive efficiency.

• Apply your technical expertise and professional experience to craft innovations aimed at enhancing productivity and increasing impact of your work on compiler quality.

What we need to see:

• B. Tech / M. Tech in computer science or related field with 10+ overall years of software development or testing

• 5+ years of proven second-line management skills with geographically diverse teams

• Experience in development of production software or a test code for complex systems; including low-level software development

• Demonstrated development of sophisticated test programs utilizing cutting-edge technologies for software verification

• Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Prior compiler verification or development experience preferably using LLVM technology

• Exposure to either - spec level understanding of a programming language - or, sophisticated processor architecture

• Background with PTX, CUDA, and/or OpenGL programming and NVIDIA GPUs
