Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager – Corporate Talent Acquisition is an individual contributor responsible for executing full life cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing high-quality talent for corporate roles. This role partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and collaborates closely with the global corporate TA team to support talent acquisition initiatives across regions.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs.
Execute full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Focus on sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and creative pipelines, to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the global corporate TA team to align sourcing strategies and share best practices.
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment and sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Evaluate recruitment technology and advertising resources; make recommendations for optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Build and maintain proactive Talent Pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Participate in employer branding initiatives through events, marketing collaboration, and external networking.
Research and implement innovative solutions for recruitment challenges.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and other tracking tools.
Monitor recruitment costs and recommend solutions to stay within budget.

BA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
5–8 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with strong expertise in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent in competitive markets
Experience in high-volume recruiting environments or multinational organizations preferred
Proficient in ATS, Microsoft Office Suite, social media recruiting tools, and internet research
Knowledge of labor and employment laws and recruitment best practices
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
