RequirementsAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Visual Designer to lead the charge in creating stunning, impactful visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our audiences. If you’re a design thinker, creative problem solver, and detail-obsessed visual storyteller, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of visual designers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative design culture.
- Own and elevate the visual identity across all platforms—digital, print, product, social, and beyond.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and brand teams to create compelling visual assets and campaigns.
- Review and refine visual work to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Translate complex ideas and briefs into clean, engaging visuals and design systems.
- Establish design processes, guidelines, and scalable templates to improve team efficiency.
- Keep a pulse on design trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Manage timelines, resources, and workflows across multiple projects.
- 6+ years of professional experience in visual design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and business goals.
