Senior Manager - Finance Controller (corporate)

Manager - Unit Finance Controller Grade – G9 Job Description: 1. Leading monthly / quarterly / annual - financial reporting in accordance with Ind AS/IFRS US SEC regulations under IFRS/USGAAP 2. Read, understand and comprehend accounting standard, tax laws, company law, FEMA regulations etc. 3. Ensuring compliance to laws and regulations including companies act, tax laws and FEMA 4. Lead the month-end close process, month close accruals for designated Units. 5. Reporting of financials into HFM and preparing Flash / MIS reports, Variance Analysis. 6. Review / Monitor balance sheet schedules. 7. Liaise with statutory, tax, and internal auditors. 8. Review of vendor and customer contracts. 9. Review Standalone and Consolidated Financials and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws etc. 10. Providing input in the development or modification of currently established processes and procedures to drive efficiency 11. Knowledge of SOX framework, USGAAP and experience in SEC filings will be added advantage. Qualification: Chartered Accountant Experience: 8 to 13 Years post qualification (CA) work experience in Finance & Accounts Special Skills: 1. Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, People Soft, SAP) is must. 2. Incumbent should have knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS. 3. Communication skills (written and verbal). 4. Ability to build network and collaborate with cross- functional teams. 5. Interpersonal skills, Result orientation, Analytical skills.
