Lead strategic planning and execution of Third-Party Risk Management operations across U.S. and Asia. Manage stakeholder relations, address performance gaps, drive continuous improvement, and implement changes to enhance TPRM adoption.
Description and Requirements
A leadership role responsible for strategic planning and execution of all Third-Party Risk Management operations for U.S. and Asia regions. Responsibilities entail:
• Work with TPRM Program office and the regional Procurement Operations to assist with communication of key process changes to drive program adoption within LOBs, risk partners and GCC operations teams
• Be a senior escalation point for resolving stakeholder & internal issues. Handle escalations confidently, identify key risks and agree/implement mitigation plans to ensure repeat complaints are eliminated
• Actively contribute to overall operational targets as well as daily business decisions
Stakeholder Management, quality management, workplace planning, mentoring, development and training
Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and call out performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs in TPRM and procurement operations. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps
• Drive continuous improvement within operational processes, look for opportunities to improve current cost base
• Collaborate on projects with stakeholder that may include solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization
• Determine needs of internal customer / line of businesses and incorporate that information into the appropriate statements of work to support TPRM activities.
• Lead and initiate discussions at stakeholder side and highlight key focus areas and bring in traction to support operations, and ensure implementation
• Work with the stakeholders to understand key requirements and translate them into delivery plans capable of being executed effectively to agreed timelines
• Work with TPRM Program office and the regional Procurement Operations to assist with communication of key process changes to drive program adoption within LOBs, risk partners and GCC operations teams
• Strong supplier management skills.
• Strong negotiating, persuasion & influence skills
• Cross-functional team leadership, including experience in establishing and managing project schedules to ensure TPRM activities are completed on schedule.
