Job Responsibilities
- Provides support to associates and balances workloads.
- Manages and communicates improvement efforts to successfully lead team members to meet business
objectives.
- Monitor associates' performance and provides frequent feedback. Reviews and addresses second level
rebuttals to conclusion.
- Participates in presentations to customers.
- Participates in quarterly trends meeting with claim management.
- Participates in clinical/claim team meetings when necessary.
- Embraces and promotes change initiatives. Maintains excellent relationships with customers and represents

Education

- 5+ years of experience of related work experience
- RN license or CRC certification
