Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manual Test Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manual Test Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Infor ERP systems and a strong background in manual testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of Infor ERP systems to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
- Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must have extensive experience with Infor ERP systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in testing other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
