We’re looking for a resourceful, proactive, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to support Affle’s rapid growth across China.
Affle is on a strong growth trajectory, gaining momentum with leading app marketers globally. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and play an instrumental role in accelerating Affle growth in China
You’ll operate within a globally led strategy, but you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and impact for Affle’s tech platforms in China (YouAppi, Jampp and Appnext).
What You’ll Own:
China Marketing Ownership for Affle
- Own and execute Affle’s marketing activities for the Chinese market
- Act as the primary marketing partner for the CN sales and customer success teams,
- Drive regional impact through: Events and field marketing, Sales enablement, Regional campaign execution, Localization (translations, etc.) and produce case studies, special reports, guides and playbooks.
- Ensure consistent and compelling positioning across all CN touchpoints
What You’ll Do:
Regional Execution & Ownership
- Execute global marketing initiatives with a clear focus on China
- Take ownership of initiatives end-to-end - from idea to execution
- Drive momentum independently and ensure consistent task completion without constant follow-up
Events & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute high-impact events (conferences, hosted dinners, sponsorships, meetups) in China
- Manage vendors, budgets, logistics, and timelines with confidence.
- Partner closely with sales teams to maximize event ROI and pipeline contribution
Creative, Resourceful Marketing
- Bring creative ideas to life using a solutions-oriented, resourceful approach
- Adapt and localize global assets for Chinese audiences
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce: One-pagers, Case studies, Event collateral, Sales decks, White papers/Playbooks/Guides, Webinar Dialogue/Decks, Marketing Videos, Social Media and Posts, including managing our WeChat accounts
Global Marketing Contribution
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives and campaigns led by the corporate team
- Support global tasks such as: Campaign launches, Content rollouts, Case studies and thought leadership
- Share regional insights to help shape global strategy and best practices.
Sales Enablement & Problem Solving
- Anticipate sales needs and proactively propose solutions
- Quickly unblock challenges and keep execution moving
- Ensure marketing outputs are practical, relevant, and actively used by sales teams
- Support sales with collateral, decks and educational materials
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and other marketing teams across Affle
Who You Are:
- A self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and meets deadlines
- Highly resourceful and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Experienced/Comfortable partnering with global, cross-functional teams across time zones to drive execution and results
- +5 years of B2B or B2B2C marketing experience, preferably in AdTech, martech, mobile apps, CTV, or other performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to own and execute marketing initiatives end-to-end, delivering high-quality results on time and with minimal supervision
- Experience supporting sales and revenue teams through events, field marketing, sales enablement, lead generation, and ABM initiatives
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Highly autonomous and accountable, comfortable driving decisions and execution independently
- Effective collaborator with global, cross-functional teams across time zones
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), able to engage clearly with senior stakeholders
- Creative, solutions-oriented mindset, focused on practical execution and measurable impact
- Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, analysis, and execution
Nice to Have
- Background in AdTech, martech, mobile apps, or programmatic advertising, within performance-driven environments
- Exposure to marketing for mobile app advertisers, including UA, retargeting, CTV, or growth-focused teams
- Familiarity with DSPs, measurement platforms, and performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations, comfortable with evolving processes and increased ownership
