Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite OneWorld platform to support key business processes, including order-to-cash, billing, revenue recognition, and customer relationship management.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows to ensure proper access controls and system security.
• Lead or participate in NetSuite upgrade projects, new module implementations, and integration initiatives with other business systems (e.g., Salesforce, payment gateways, subscription management platforms) and build, maintain, and improve integrations.
• Develop, configure, and maintain dashboards, saved searches, custom reports, workflows, and custom forms and fields to automate business processes, provide operational insights and tailor the platform to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including finance, accounting, operations to identify process improvement opportunities and implement NetSuite solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current with NetSuite releases, industry trends, and best practices relevant to the software subscription business model.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring best practices and adoption of new features and processes.
• Establish and maintain standards and tools for requirements gathering and end user documentation to facilitate future systems development and implementation projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based business environment.
• Certified NetSuite administrator.
• Experience with scripting and integration technologies including Restlets, OAuth2.0.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Advanced Revenue Management, Order Management, and SuiteBilling.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments and understanding of internal control frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with SuiteProjects, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Boomi, Salesforce, and JSON/XML-based integrations.
• Knowledge with multi-entity, multi-currency setups in NetSuite.
• Experience in Warehouse and Distribution Integrations.
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational data structures, reporting schemas, data transformations.
• Ability to see the "big picture" of business needs and how they relate to database structure.
