Senior Network Administrator

About the Role:

What You'll Do:
- - Provide network WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, VOIP, support with a variety of network systems and cloud on the expert level.
- - Install and configure computer network equipment.
- - Periodic inspection and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- - In cooperation with the security department, securing and updating network systems.
- - Cooperation with hardware and software suppliers in the scope of services covered by service contracts and warranties.
- - Taking immediate actions to remove the system failure and restore its proper operation as quickly as possible.
- - Ongoing technical support for users as the Third Level of Support, solving problems in applications running on network.
- - Make reviews related to repair, modernization, scrapping and hardware/software purchases.
- - Performing duties and handling service requests outside standard working hours in accordance with the developed schedule.
- - Develop and monitor policies for the use of network resources.
- - Participate and lead projects in IT network infrastructure development.
- - Develop and update of technical documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements in network infrastructure.
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- - Strong technology analytical and design skills in area on network infrastructure.
- - BSc or MSc degree in IT or related profile
- - 10+ years of experience with finance systems, services, and business processes.
- - Cisco Switching/Routing/Call Manager, Palo Alto Firewall, Azure Network, GPC Network.
- - Cisco CCNP or CCIE, Multi Cloud Network (Azure, GPC), Palo Alto Training/Certification.
Competencies Required
- - Strong interpersonal, technical writing and verbal communication to effectively interact with users, vendors, and consultants.
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work processes in a timely manner.
- - Working efficiently both independently or as a member of a team.
- - Analysis, problem management, organization, communication, and customer service
- - Establish and maintain effective customer-focused working relationships with managers, customers, vendors, consultants, employees and others encountered in the course of work.
- - Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Network Infrastructure in large enterprise or cloud provider environments.
Work Timing & Location
- Office – Pimple Saudagar, AWFIS, 3rd Floor, GK Mall, Above Pantaloon.
- Current Flexible office presence policy – 3 days/week, 2 days WFH
- Typical Working Hours – 10.30am/12:30pm to 7.30pm/9:30 pm IST. Operational on call availability subject to incidents/priorities.
- Travel – subject to key projects, usually less than 2 weeks
