Lead Oracle RMS Engineer

Experience: 6+ years 

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle database management systems (minimum v10).
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell scripting, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Retail Management Systems (RMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Must to have Oracle Retail Merchandising System and Merchandising Operations systems Ex. Blue Yonder.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
• Experience with job scheduling tools like AppWorx is a plus.
