You will collaborate with complex deal teams to originate and deliver ABL solutions alongside debt capital markets, commercial and investment banking coverage, financial sponsor coverage, and risk partners.
In this role, you will lead senior coverage bankers in their business development initiatives, driving growth and retention of profitable banking relationships within Global Corporate Banking. Our Global Corporate Banking division serves large and mid-cap clients worldwide, typically with revenues exceeding $2 billion.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead complex deal teams in the origination, structuring, syndication, and execution of asset-based loans for Global Corporate Banking clients.
- Structure and execute transactions with private equity sponsors and manage cross-border financings.
- Partner with senior coverage bankers to expand and deepen client relationships, focusing on business development and revenue growth.
- Report directly to the Group Manager for Global Corporate Banking Asset Based Lending.
- Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product innovation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Minimum of eight years' experience in account relationship management, with a strong emphasis on business development.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- In-depth understanding of Commercial Banking and Debt Capital Markets products and services.
- Proven experience leading sponsor transactions and working across diverse industries.
- Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to deliver client solutions.
- FINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and Security Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; recognized as a top individual contributor.
