- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- OutSystems certification as a professional or expert is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in OutSystems development
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Experience with software development, including Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of other programming languages such as C# and JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience with Scrum/XP principles and practices is a plus.
