We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricefx Architect/Developer to lead the design,
development, and optimization of our pricing solutions. In this role, you will work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure our Pricefx platform aligns with business goals, drives
efficiency, and meets performance standards. This position requires strong expertise in Pricefx,
software development, agile methodologies, and pricing strategies. While this position will
initially be focused on Pricefx, there are opportunities for this role to expand to other related
platforms, such as CRM, CLM and ERP platforms - so the ideal candidate would be open to
learning and growing their expertise beyond Pricefx.
Key Responsibilities
● Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of Pricefx solutions, ensuring
scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.
● Customizing Pricefx configurations: Designing and implementing complex pricing rules,
calculations, and logic within the Pricefx platform to match client requirements.
● Development: Build and customize Pricefx modules, including Price Setting, Price
Optimization, Rebates, and Promotions, using Pricefx's logic and APIs.
● Integration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Pricefx with ERP, CRM
(e.g., Salesforce), and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow and automate
processes.
● Workflow development: Creating custom workflows within Pricefx to manage pricing
approvals, notifications, and data validation processes.
● Data mapping and migration: Extracting and transforming data from existing systems to
seamlessly migrate into Pricefx.
● Business Collaboration: Collaborate and partner with business stakeholders, pricing
analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
● Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and
implement best practices for optimal performance.
● Release management: Manage the release mgmt strategy to ensure frequency and
maintain compliance requirements.
● Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system
architecture, design specs, and development standards.

● Leadership: Provide guidance, direction and mentorship to junior developers and team
members.
● Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data
governance policies.
Qualifications
● 8+ years of experience with Pricefx implementation, configuration, and development.
● Strong understanding of Pricefx Accelerators, APIs, and Logic Builder.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Groovy, Java, or JavaScript, with a
strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
● Understanding of relational databases (like MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries to
manage pricing data.
● Experience with agile methodologies and the entire software development lifecycle.
● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and RESTful API
integration.
● Deep knowledge of pricing strategies, analytics, and optimization techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to
understand requirements and explain complex technical concepts.
● Experience with Salesforce or other CRM integration.
● Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
● Certification in Pricefx or relevant pricing technology.
