Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Principal Engineer-Dry Utility(Infrastructure) to join our Transmission & Distribution team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful Energy projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.
- Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team
- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
- Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
- Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
- Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
- Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
- Prepares technical specification sections.
- Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:
- Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 10 - 13 Years (Exposure to outside India projects preferably Middle East, UK, USA, Canada & ANZ region)
- Preparation, Review and production of Electrical (EHV, HV, MV, LV), Street Lighting, Telecom, ELV, ICT Network, Pump station, Water Treatment Plant, EV charging Station, Substation, Power Transmission & Distribution network
- Design Calculation: Street lighting, High Mast Area Lighting, Cable sizing & Voltage drop, Earthing, Fault level, Corridor sizing
- Software: Dialux, AGI, Lighting Reality, Amtech, ETAP
