The Senior Product Analyst/Product Owner will manage product lifecycles in the capital markets domain, focusing on requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and collaboration with stakeholders.

- Have good capital markets domain experience, especially Post Trade domain, willing to work hands on and own the end-to-end product delivery.
- Product owner expertise will be an added advantage.
- 10 – 12 years’ experience working on business/product analysis.
- 3 years of experience in capital markets domain
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycles, from requirement gathering from the clients and till delivery of the requirements.
- Have good understanding of the North American/European Capital Markets, Fixed Income & Equity Brokerage Operations
- Be able to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions and ensure that the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce the needed reports
- Experience in writing user stories including acceptance criteria in BDD format and knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Work closely with clients, Dev and QA teams.
- Be able to support user acceptance testing and field any queries quickly and effectively
- Have excellent time management, analytical, communications (written & oral), decision-making and planning skills with the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboratively work with all stakeholders – Management, Product Management, Development, QA and Implementation teams.
- Gathers technical specifications so that the product can be developed.
- BTech/BE/MBA or equivalent discipline
- Functional Knowledge: Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
- Business Expertise: Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Leadership: No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
- Problem Solving: Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
- Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
- Interpersonal Skills: Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
