As a Product Designer on our Core Services team, you'll drive the product development lifecycle, empowering customers with cutting-edge investment tracking and data analytics tools. As a Product Designer within Aumni, you will explore, communicate, and deliver solutions that allow audiences to intuitively use our products and tools. You will have a passion for discovery efforts, advocating for users and their needs. Collaborate with designers and cross-functional team members throughout the product development lifecycle to create impactful solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Convey and articulate discovery insights and design decisions to Product Designers and squad members.
- Co-own user behavior and sentiment analysis with a product manager.
- Conduct experiments using quantitative and qualitative methods to test hypotheses.
- Produce high-quality visuals aligned with best practices and the Aumni brand.
- Embrace an iterative approach to problem-solving, designing shippable, observable parts.
- Create experiences that positively impact behavior and company objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to designers during critique sessions.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Formal training or certification in Product/UX Design concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
- Professional experience in web application design, demonstrated via a portfolio.
- Proficiency with Figma and design systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying user insights.
- Proficiency in exploratory user research and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of design best practices and aesthetics.
- Experience in creating products that positively impact customers and the business.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience designing Fintech products.
- Familiarity with the private market/venture capital industry.
