Join us for an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives and enhance customer experiences in the US Mortgage sector.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Home Lending Platform, you will oversee and direct testing and automation efforts within an Agile framework. This role impacts the entire JPMorgan Chase Consumer & Community Banking organization, including Mortgage Banking, and requires collaboration with US Product & Business partners.
Job responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and provide direction to a team of Automation & Test Analysts.
- Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and design solutions using scripting languages and automation tools.
- Create and review comprehensive Test Plans for both Automation & Manual executions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and implement solutions.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Deliver initial estimates for testing efforts on new developments and enhancements.
- Evaluate business requirements, develop test cases, and support testing to meet quality criteria.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automation or product delivery within financial services or technology.
- Experience in leading or influencing test/automation teams.
- Strong conflict resolution, change management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including data analysis and presentation skills.
- Open to working with some overlap during US hours.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
- Understanding of Home Lending processes and business applications.
- Familiarity with the mortgage servicing business.
- Experience in product delivery focused on technology customer-facing products.
