We have an exciting opportunity for you to drive product strategy and testing roadmap with a focus on quality engineering and automation.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, testing roadmap, and end-to-end test strategy. You will work closely with product teams to ensure seamless test engagement and strategy across lines of business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the development and execution of our product strategy and prepare the testing roadmap.
- Engage early in initiatives using a shift-left approach during the discovery phases.
- Influence the requirement formulation phase to adopt behavior-driven development or other frameworks.
- Use analysis during planning and findings during execution phases to create necessary testing artifacts.
- Deliver the end-to-end test strategy developed by the team to independently deliver the project from start to finish.
- Understand and assess cross-impacts across lines of business and product teams to develop a seamless end-to-end test engagement and strategy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to projects or processes through retrospection, optimization, automation, and documentation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/UAT Testing, Business systems testing, or Business analysis with an interest in the quality engineering aspect of software development.
- Strong proficiency in creating SQL queries.
- Experience in concepts and tools supporting Mainframe testing, API testing, Database testing, and Customer Journey testing, including tools such as Postman, Splunk, etc.
- Experience with JIRA, ALM, QTest.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/capabilities such as Selenium, Database Automation.
