As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Enterprise Data Lake team, you play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that align with our business objectives. You translate business requirements into practical outcomes that enhance competitiveness and profitability, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and data management.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy, transforming them into market-ready products
- Conduct market research and discovery to integrate customer solutions into the product roadmap
- Maintain a product backlog to support delivery of the product roadmap and value proposition
- Define key metrics for product success and measure outcomes against goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous value to users
- Guide agile product management through user stories and product specifications
- Lead change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- MBA degree from a top-tier business school
- Seven years of experience in product management
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product lifecycle management or platform-wide release management
- Strong understanding of agile software development with familiarity working with Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira
- Strong understanding of AWS Availability Zones and multi-region configurations
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Experience with AWS services including Enterprise Data Lake, Data Mesh, SNS, SQS, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation
- Familiarity with data management and integration tools
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other enterprise database platforms
