Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Senior Product Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for both B2C & B2B SaaS products as well as mobile applications. Your expertise in Figma, Lovable, wireframe interpretation, experience of creating and maintaining design systems, and understanding of the UI/UX design process will be instrumental in delivering exceptional user experiences
- The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and a passion for creating intuitive designs
- Take ownership. Feeling and acting as if you are the co-owner of the project is what makes all the difference. Go ahead and take the initiative, the responsibility, go further than the surface, - and share the success of the product
- Gather data, analyze, consult. Asking the right questions, understanding the true reasons that lie behind the problem, facilitate workshops, and conduct user research
- Produce design artifacts. Shape your knowledge into materials that will underpin your solutions in front of the client and the project team. This could be screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, wireframes and everything which you believe is relevant and needed
Visualize your solutions with clean & clear appealing UI designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Requirements:
- Solid set of skills and hands-on experience in UI/UX, with deep understanding of methodologies and processes, including user research, user flows, wire-framing, prototyping, and usability testing. 5+ years is what we have in mind
- Proficiency in using Figma design software to create visually appealing UI designs
- Strong understanding and experience with design systems, ensuring consistency across designs and scalability
- Ability to interpret wireframes and transform them into high-fidelity screens that embody the desired user experience
- Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers, developers and other designers
- Effective spoken and written English – you should be able to elicit project details, run workshops and clearly articulate your design decisions
- Experience with Product discovery
- Have a natural ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively, allowing you to improve and refine your designs with each iteration
