As part of the "Digital Transformation and Insights" team at our headquarters in Mumbaï, you'll spearhead a groundbreaking project, elevating our brands to unprecedented levels of omnichannel customer journeys and brand experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Bring a visionary approach to the D2C websites of Unsaid and Aneka, setting new standards for luxury online experiences.
  • Foster seamless collaboration among UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, cataloging experts, analytics specialists, and digital marketers to achieve common brand objectives.
  • Address complex challenges with strategic creativity, introducing solutions that propel the brands forward in the digital realm.
  • Utilize data insights and research skills to drive decision-making, enhancing eCommerce performance and digital marketing strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between brand teams and the "Digital Transformation and Insights" team for the upcoming Digital Flagship Project, delivering solutions that redefine customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams to grasp business requirements and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
  • Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and in-house specialists to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Play a pivotal role in implementing newer digital transformations and technologies, including immersive features, performance marketing, analytics, and automation.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, continually innovating to enhance our digital offerings.

Summary of Immediate Goals:


  • Conduct comprehensive customer and market research, refining user journeys and conducting competitor analysis.
  • Evaluate and optimize workflow processes from brand briefs to post-launch analytics, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads to prioritize high-impact digital initiatives, including AR/VR implementation, advanced analytics setup, effective A/B testing, and SEO strategies.
  • Review and optimize digital subscriptions and agency contracts for cost efficiency and value with the Digital project manager.
  • Develop clear documentation to facilitate understanding of complex digital concepts within the organization.

A Few Examples of Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Lead daily stand-up meetings and planning sessions, ensuring effective communication of your product.
  • Translate technical concepts into layman's terms for wider understanding.
  • Maintain PRDs, Feature maps etc.
  • Monitor and report on eCommerce and digital marketing metrics during project meetings, post launch.
  • Proactively address project challenges and risks.
  • Manage software subscriptions for our digital infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA in marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Strong knowledge of product management, eCommerce, performance marketing, and digital analytics.
  • Ability to lead and manage digital specialists.
  • Fluency in English.
