Job Description
To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to help set and execute our Connected Worker product. Your primary responsibility will be to help bring new, innovative, and impactful products to our manufacturing customers.
You'll need to have experience in manufacturing and software and be can – and comfortable with – engaging with all types and levels of internal and external stakeholders.
You will report to Group Product Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap & specs – Define, prioritize, and write detailed product requirements (PRDs) for new features and enhancements that drive scalability, extensibility, and customer impact.
- Customer & market research – Engage with manufacturing customers and prospects to uncover use cases, validate requirements, and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Cross-functional leadership – Coordinate and align Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on delivery timelines, go-to-market plans, and launch readiness.
- Go-to-market support – Partner with Marketing and Sales to craft messaging, demos, training materials, and enablement that accelerate adoption.
- Program & stakeholder communication – Track feature delivery, report on project health/status, and present progress to executive stakeholders and C-level customers.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, with demonstrated exposure to manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of conducting market research and customer use-case analysis to drive feature prioritization
- Hands-on experience writing and delivering PRDs for both incremental enhancements and major new initiatives
- Lead application-focused functionality from concept through release, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs
- History of cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption
- Confident presenter, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience with cloud ERP integrations, Connected Worker solutions, or multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Familiarity with API-first design, container-based applications, and integration frameworks
- Prior experience working on Digital Work Instruction or guided-workflow applications
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior colleagues or a strong desire to develop informal people–management skills
