We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager. This role is central to our mission of enabling organizations to achieve accessibility at scale by providing powerful remediation technologies, lightweight assistive experiences, and seamless integration into enterprise workflows.
You will own the product strategy and execution across these critical product areas, ensuring they are unified under a compelling vision, deliver measurable value, and differentiate Level Access in the accessibility market. This position requires strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of user needs, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, science, and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Widget, ART, and Assistive Technology products, aligning them to the company’s portfolio strategy and customer outcomes
- Champion customer and end-user needs, clearly articulating the problems these products solve and the value they deliver
- Leverage data, user insights, and market research to define product priorities and shape investment decisions
- Lead exploration of new use cases for automated remediation and assistive technology, rapidly validating ideas and iterating toward viable in-market solutions
- Serve as product owner for key applications and platform capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery across engineering and design teams
- Collaborate with accessibility experts and industry leaders to ensure our technology aligns with WCAG, Section 508, ADA, and emerging accessibility standards
- Partner with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to drive adoption, evangelize use cases, and ensure customer success
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and evolving assistive technology landscapes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
- Define and track success metrics for launches, ensuring products deliver measurable improvements in remediation outcomes, accessibility conformance, and user experience
- 6+ years in a product management role, with experience driving technical products from strategy to launch
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and working knowledge of CI/CD and SDK-driven delivery models
- Demonstrated experience with products focused on automation, AI/ML, or remediation technologies
- Proven ability to translate customer challenges into scalable product solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Comfort working with products without traditional UIs, such as developer SDKs, automation engines, or embedded experiences
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, experiment quickly, and iterate at speed
- Knowledge of accessibility regulations (Section 508, ADA) and standards (WCAG 2.1 and beyond)
- Experience working with assistive technologies, overlays, or accessibility remediation tools
- Background in software development, QA automation, or accessibility testing
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS and B2B product strategy
- Experience designing accessible digital experiences and testing with diverse personas
