As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key member on the Migrations product marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement E2E strategies spanning a year+ and tell a compelling story of moving from our on-premise offerings to the cloud. Your expertise in B2B SaaS will bolster your ability to tell a compelling story and create high-quality internal and external resources, including white papers, pitch decks, keynotes, high-impact events and more.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $153,000 - $199,750
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $127,800 - $166,850
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

In this role, you will:
- Build comprehensive GTM plans that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement across a mix of channels
- Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex programs concurrently.
- Apply your customer-centric focus to all content and programs
- Partner with sales leadership and enablement to craft enablement programs
- Create high-quality assets for use by demand gen, sales, and partners. This can take the form of blogs, webinars, leadership, analyst reports, community posts, pitch decks and more
- Manage and navigate conversations and programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with your Product counterparts and engage in sparring and strategic roadmap discussions
- Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and campaigns to help us meet our business goals
Your background:
- 5+ years of B2B PMM experience, ideally with a DevOps and cloud infrastructure or Service Management background
- Experience with creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans across a variety of owned channels
- Passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude
- You're eager to jump in to get things done and don't get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment
