TITLE: Senior Manager, Product Marketing
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Manager, Product Marketing plays a strategic and highly visible role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and enablement for Duck Creek Technologies' product portfolio. This senior-level individual contributor partners closely with Product Management, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to articulate the value of Duck Creek's solutions to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires deep P&C insurance industry understanding, core system experience, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive demand, adoption, and market differentiation in a global, competitive software environment.
- Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate the differentiated value of Duck Creek solutions.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop customer-facing content and collateral, including datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, videos, and case studies.
- Develop engaging thought leadership content (i.e., blogs, eBooks, webinars, articles, etc.) on relevant topics meant for target audience for specific products.
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate product roadmaps and technical capabilities into compelling market-facing materials.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform messaging, positioning, and segmentation strategies.
- Develop and maintain persona-based messaging frameworks and content aligned with buyer journeys.
- Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams through training, tools, and content to support market engagement and revenue growth.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for product messaging in support of PR, analyst relations, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Measure and optimize the effectiveness of product marketing programs, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Demand Generation teams to support campaigns with targeted product messaging and positioning.
- Create and manage internal documentation and communications to ensure cross-functional alignment on product marketing strategy.
- Support analyst relations and industry recognition efforts by contributing to submissions, briefings, and presentations.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent additional years of experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- At least 3 years of strategic leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
- Experience in the P&C insurance industry, specifically with core systems.
PREFERRED:
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience working with global teams and markets.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot.

Duck Creek Technologies supports a flexible-first work environment and has employees throughout the United States. Based on a fair and equitable compensation philosophy, we have five (5) United States pay markets based on regional validated survey market data. The expected salary range for this position is between $121,200 and $195,600. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The final compensation may vary due to the above listed factors and be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
