Lead origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing and project finance transactions across India. Manage deal lifecycles from client engagement and credit assessment through approvals, documentation, and closing. Develop financial models and credit memos, coordinate with Coverage, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and DCM teams, and support syndication and investor outreach. Build sector expertise across infrastructure, education, healthcare, and logistics while mentoring junior colleagues and growing the structured finance portfolio.
To manage product portfolios and value propositions by driving product performance, market competitiveness, customer adoption, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex, bespoke financing solutions and project finance transactions across key sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including client engagement, credit assessment, financial modeling, internal approvals, documentation, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Coverage, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
- Support syndication and sell-down efforts through coordination with the DCM team, including preparation of marketing materials and investor interactions.
- Develop sector-specific expertise and contribute to the growth of the structured finance portfolio.
- Lead and support the structuring and execution of complex, tailor-made financing solutions across India, in collaboration with Coverage teams.
- Structure and execute project finance transactions across sectors, focusing on project viability, risk allocation, and cash flow-based lending.
- Partner with Pan-India Coverage teams to originate mandates and build a sector-focused portfolio in Infrastructure, Education, Healthcare, and Logistics.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and financial models; coordinate with Credit/Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations for end-to-end deal execution.
- Support syndication and sell-down activities through close coordination with the DCM team, including preparation of marketing material and investor outreach.
- Share product and sector expertise to support team growth and mentor junior colleagues.

Experience: 12 to 15 years
